Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of 999bte

📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 999bte website (accessible at 999bte.org) and any services, games, or features made available through it, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 999bte ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on this platform, govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", or " your") and 999bte.

Your continued use of the 999bte platform after any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in any dispute concerning interpretation. 999bte operates primarily for players based in Bangladesh, and all monetary references use Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

Age Verification

999bte applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age and identity of all players. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document at any point during your use of the platform — including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or if the platform's risk monitoring systems flag your account for review.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in the account at the time of closure will be frozen pending investigation, and 999bte reserves the right to retain any amounts deposited in breach of this age restriction policy.

One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 999bte. Account Security

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 999bte support team. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account, subject to a processing fee.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, you will be required to provide a verified alternative.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of verification approval during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times during public holidays and major sporting events may be extended.
• 999bte reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

999bte offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are granted, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the expiry date will be voided and removed from your account without notice.

By using the 999bte platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You further agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with 999bte support.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the 999bte platform, regardless of the purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, betting market, or feature of the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward any 999bte employee, support agent, or other player via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 999bte platform, including other players' accounts, administrative systems, or backend infrastructure.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or intellectual property owned by 999bte without prior written permission.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals), and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999bte platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

🛡️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bte's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your 999bte account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999bte shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the following types, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable, foreseen, or advised of in advance:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on 999bte's systems.
• Loss resulting from service interruptions, platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond 999bte's reasonable control.

Service Availability

999bte does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or without interruption. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside 999bte's control, including internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure events. 999bte will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Game Outcomes

All casino games on 999bte use certified random number generators. 999bte does not manipulate game outcomes. However, 999bte cannot guarantee any specific outcome of any game, and gambling by its nature involves the risk of financial loss.
